Eyes to the Horizon
Fortifying the Future

The Program
Momentum’s groundbreaking three-day program is designed to inspire and motivate IDF soldiers at the mid-point of their service.
As soldiers begin contemplating their future as civilians, Eyes to the Horizon helps them process their army experience while equipping them with essential resilience building skills and leadership training to sustain their motivation, enhance the impact of their service, and prepare them for life after the army.
2025 Expansion
In 2025, Major General David Bar Kalifa, Head of the Manpower Directorate, has requested an expansion of the Eyes to the Horizon program to include active-duty soldiers and commanders based on our success in 2024. As a result, Eyes to the Horizon will grow from 4,000 participants to 30,000 soldiers and commanders across 66 maneuvering battalions.

The Impact
The IDF identified a critical dip in the motivation of soldiers mid-service which was impacting their morale and effectiveness in the battlefield. The Division of Manpower and Behavioral Sciences reached out to Momentum for help bridging the motivation gap and preparing them for the difficult transition to life after the army.
Since 2021, Eyes to the Horizon has provided essential support to active duty soldiers and commanders, helping them feel more informed, motivated, and confident navigating between their remaining military service and future plans.
