These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, donation pages, content, emails, and services operated by Fund for Israel’s Tomorrow DBA Thank Israeli Soldiers (“TIS,” “we,” “us”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1) Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.

2) Acceptable use

You agree not to: violate laws/third-party rights; interfere with security/operation; deploy malware or spam; scrape, harvest, or reverse-engineer without our prior written consent; impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

3) Donations & receipts

Donations are processed by Neon One/Stripe or other authorized processors. Donations are issued to Fund for Israel’s Tomorrow DBA Thank Israeli Soldiers, a 501(c)(3) US nonprofit. Receipts/tax acknowledgments are issued by Fund for Israel’s Tomorrow DBA Thank Israeli Soldiers in the U.S. (EIN 35-2374190) unless otherwise specified. Consult your tax advisor. Except where required by law, donations are non-refundable; for issues email info@thankisraelisoldiers.org.

4) Intellectual property

All site content (text, graphics, logos, photos, video, trademarks, designs) is owned by or licensed to TIS and protected by law. You may view/download materials for personal, noncommercial use with proprietary notices intact. Any other use requires our written permission.

5) User submissions

If you submit content (e.g., comments, stories, photos), you grant TIS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display it in connection with our mission and Services, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You represent you have the rights to grant this license and your content does not infringe others’ rights.

6) Third-party services

We may link to or integrate third-party services (payment, CRM, analytics). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TIS and its directors, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed USD $100 or the amount you paid to us in the preceding six months, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.

9) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TIS and its personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10) Changes & termination

We may modify these Terms at any time, with changes effective when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access at any time.

11) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
